1. Ownership of Deliverables

• Custom Designs and Code: All web designs, source code, graphics, and other deliverables created by EWeb Pros remain our property until full payment is received as per the project agreement.
• Ownership Transfer: Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom designs and code are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
• Exclusions: Pre-existing materials, third-party tools, or licensed assets used in the project (e.g., fonts, plugins, or stock images) remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Licensing

• Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables provided by EWeb Pros for their intended purpose.
• This license does not include resale, redistribution, or use outside the scope of the original agreement without written consent.

3. Pre-Existing Intellectual Property

• Any intellectual property owned by EWeb Pros before the start of a project, including templates, frameworks, or proprietary tools, remains our property and is licensed for use in your project.
• Clients must not claim ownership or attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary tools or systems.

4. Client-Supplied Content

• Clients must ensure that all materials (e.g., logos, text, images) provided to EWeb Pros do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
• The client agrees to indemnify EWeb Pros against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of client-supplied content.

5. Unauthorized Use

• Reproduction, distribution, or modification of our intellectual property without authorization is strictly prohibited.
• If we discover unauthorized use of our intellectual property, we may take legal action to protect our rights.

6. Third-Party Tools and Assets

• Projects may include third-party tools, plugins, or assets under their own licenses. Clients are responsible for adhering to the licensing terms of these third-party components.
• EWeb Pros is not liable for changes to or discontinuation of third-party tools used in your project.

7. Disputes and Violations

If you believe your intellectual property has been used improperly on our website or in a project, please notify us immediately with supporting evidence. We will investigate and, if necessary, take appropriate corrective action.
