1. Project-Based Services
Our services are custom-built to meet your specifications. Once a project begins, we dedicate time, effort, and resources that cannot be recouped. As such:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Milestone Payments are non-refundable once the associated phase of the project is completed.
- Final Payments must be made before project delivery and are non-refundable.
2. Client-Requested Changes
If you request changes to a project after work has begun, additional charges may apply. Refunds will not be provided for previously completed work.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- The project has not started, and a written cancellation request is received within [X] days of payment.

4. Digital Products and Subscriptions
